The International Youth Hospitality Conference (IYHC) is described as the first youth hospitality conference of its kind. Participants meet in Sofia at the Grand Hotel Millennium to access knowledge from successful national and international leaders in hospitality. The conference hosts representatives from top hospitality universities such as Switzerlands Glion Institute of Higher Education (Top 3) and Les Roches Global Hospitality Education (Top 4). It aims to inspire teens by focusing on people skills and creativity, offering handson workshops, exposure to industry trends like AI in travel, and opportunities to broaden horizons and make a social impact.
